The Mer group consists of five EV charging operator companies in Norway, Sweden, Germany and the UK, with the vision to become the best and most customer centric EV charging operator in Europe. The Mer group is majority owned by Norwegian Statkraft, Europe’s largest renewable energy producer.
As a part of Mer, you will be working with enthusiastic, skilled and ambitious people who care about future generations.
You will be supporting our Installation, Sales and Finance teams with various administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Administration
- Send invoices to clients following completed installations and services, following up with clients regarding any outstanding payments and resolve any invoicing discrepancies
- Monitor outstanding customer payments and chase up overdue debts. Maintain records of communication with clients regarding payments and resolve any billing issues.

- Conduct regular office stock checks, ensuring supplies are at appropriate levels
- Order necessary items for the cleaners, office supplies, and other team needs
- Take regular printer readings and send them to Document Solutions for service tracking and invoicing.
Installations:
- Create and maintain handover packs for clients following installations, ensure all relevant documentation is included.
- Monitor the submission of paperwork related to installations, follow up on any outstanding submissions or approvals, ensuring timely completion.
- Track and manage WEEE waste disposal requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, Coordinate waste collection and disposal with approved partners.
- Support the Install teams by placing hire orders and the off-hiring process.
- Update internal trackers, data folders and CRM systems
- Set-up and manage reporting systems for subcontractors and monitor compliance and chase up expired or outstanding information
Sales:
- Prepare and submit structured and ad-hoc reports, ensure they are accurate and submitted on time to relevant departments.
- Manage and process FOB requests, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated to relevant teams.
- Regularly monitor and manage the sales and tender email inbox and portal, responding to inquiries and forwarding relevant information to the appropriate teams.
- Maintaining and cleansing the CRM.
Skills & Qualifications:
- We think you have a profile like this:
- Administration experience (Essential - Minimum 3+ year’s)
- Strong literacy skills (Essential)
- Experience of working in an Office (Essential)
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and documentation requirements (Desirable)
- Experience with invoicing and debt collection (Desirable)
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and administrative processes
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Problem solving skills
- IT literate
