The Mer group consists of five EV charging operator companies in Norway, Sweden, Germany and the UK, with the vision to become the best and most customer centric EV charging operator in Europe. The companies operate independently, but recently centralized IT and Technology employees under one umbrella. The Mer group is majority owned by Norwegian Statkraft, Europe’s largest renewable energy producer.
As a part of Mer you will be working with enthusiastic, skilled and ambitious people who care about future generations.
Key activities will amongst others be:
- Providing second line support escalated from our call centre.
- Providing first line support to our charge point owners and fleet customers.
- Managing all emails sent to our internal ticket system.
- Resolving internal and external queries with a first-time fix approach.
- Completing Network set up on new installations.
- Carry out daily charger checks and reporting any issues to the operations team.
- Completing remote diagnostics on charging stations.
- Troubleshooting errors and escalating to the manufacturers.
- Escalating faulty chargers to our planning team to arrange a site visit.
- Managing the back-office network.
- Setting up charge point tariffs.
- Setting up and supporting charge point owners with their online portal.
- Updating the charging stations tab with information from the Mer Portal Document.
- Adding Driver plans to customer accounts.
- Removal of chargers from the back-office system when SLA’s are not renewed.
- Updating of both internal and external guides on Driivz and other systems/processes.
- Setting up and sending out fobs after installation.
- Raising tickets to Driivz with any system errors or queries.
- Assisting planning if/when needed.
- Assisting engineers with remote checks and further information requests.
We think you have a profile like this:
- Customer Service experience (Essential - Minimum 1 year)
- Strong literacy skills (Essential)
- Experience of working in an Office (Desirable)
- Problem solving skills
- IT literate
- Administration Skills
